MTB - World Cup (XC)
Season ends on a high note!
This weekend was the final round of the UCI MTB World Cup (XC) in the resort of Snowshoe, West Virginia.
On Saturday, Victor KORETZKY took the first victory of his career in the short-track cross-country race (XCC). The following day, despite his excellent form, the Team KMC ORBEA rider finished 8th in the Olympic event (XCO), delayed by two punctures.
In the general classification of the World Cup, the French racer finally took a magnificent silver medal. The reward for his regularity at the highest level throughout the season. His Dutch teammate Milan Vader finished 9th.
