Overall victory for Dorian GODON!
At the end of the sixteenth and final round of the season, Les Boucles de l'Aulne (1.1), the AG2R-Citroën Team rider won the overall classification of the Coupe de France 2021. The victory of the day went to his teammate Stan DEWULF.
After triumphing in Paris-Camembert (15/06) and in the Tour du Doubs (05/09), the Frenchman maintained his leadership in this last race, relegating Elia VIVIANI (Team Cofidis) to second place. The final podium was completed by Groupama-FDJ's Breton rider Valentin MADOUAS.
Dorian GODON succeeds his compatriots Nacer BOUHANNI (2020), Marc SARREAU (2019) and Hugo HOFSTETTER (2018) in the French Cup.
